Dylan Klopp brings 10+ years of experience in affordable housing development. Prior to founding Albert Vernon, he served as Senior Development Manager at JES Dev Co and Senior Development Associate at Dominium — two of the largest affordable housing developers in the country.

His experience spans the full development lifecycle: site sourcing, underwriting, tax credit applications, debt and equity closings, construction oversight, and lease-up. He has closed 4% and 9% LIHTC transactions across Texas, Minnesota, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Tennessee, and Florida.

Klopp founded Albert Vernon to focus on LIHTC development in the Sunbelt and Midwest. The firm specializes in 4% new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation, with experience in 9% competitive applications.

Klopp is a graduate of Northeastern University and serves as a Board Director for MY Credit Union.
